International Management Institute has the pleasure to present the developed under project „Workplace Basic Skills Training for Low-Skilled Migrants“ Guidelines for trainers of low-skilled adults and migrants.
The project is aimed at improving the basic skills for low-level educated adults, especially refugees and migrants in four working sectors: Construction, Care, Tourism and Cleaning through the development of interactive training materials and platform for the acquisition of basic skills such as literacy, numeracy and social skills – key factors for the successful labour market integration.
The Guidelines for trainers are available in 10 languages and are accessible here.
