RoBulUs: Tools for Enhancing Youth Engagement in Romania-Bulgaria Cross-Border Cooperation

Active citizenship is a very practical notion. But we need to know how to use effectively the legal mechanisms that empower us to influence the life and development of our communities besides elections. As civic organizations, we are bound to prepare our youth to pick up the baton.
