International Management Institute hosted the first session of SE-HUB Youth Coaching in Varna, Bulgaria. Prof. Dr. Todor Radev, a founder of IMI and Rector of the Varna University of Management, opened the session.

Within 5 days, the participants from Bulgaria, Greece, Namibia, South Africa, Mexico and Brazil experimented with the components of the training module in main elements of the training materials on social entrepreneurship and social innovation in the citizen sector. We got acquainted with different forms of adult learning, assessment of training needs and learning styles, designing of SE projects, coaching and mentoring.

Field visits allowed us meet in person with the some of the social enterprises and initiatives from SE-HUB database.

The overall aim of the Varna session was to help all participants to design training courses for specific target groups and to adapt content to the needs of different categories of trainees.
