University of Colima (UCOL) hosted the inaugurating event of SE-HUB that gathered over 20 youth workers, educators and activists from Bulgaria, Greece, Namibia, South Africa, Mexico and Brazil. The seminar was opened by Jose Eduardo Hernandez Nava, the Rector of the University of Colima and attended by UCOL professors, researchers and student, as well as Colima government officials.

We discussed the local context and drivers of social entrepreneurship and social innovation in each SE-HUB country and determined the priorities and focus areas in the process of supporting youth social entrepreneurship and non-profit sector innovation.

We presented our problems and stakes, we shared our experiences and ideas, we brainstormed and asked questions.

Thus and following the workshop, we developed our SE-HUB data-base, peer coaching model and toolbox for social entrepreneurship.
