Join the local trainings on “Use of Digital Tools and Communication Applications”, to be held in Dobrich, Bulgaria

In June 2026, the series of local capacity-building trainings planned under the DIALOGUE project (BSB01104) “Dialogue for Innovation and Better Governance” kicks off.

 

The trainings will begin in the town of Dobrich, Bulgaria, with two four-day trainings on the use of “Digital Tools and Communication Applications”.

Each training will offer up to 15 stakeholder representatives — including public institutions and non-profit organizations (NGOs) — the opportunity to improve their organizational processes, communication, information dissemination and civic engagement through better digital skills and competences.

Who can apply

Applicants must be members of the DIALOGUE Innovation Platform — either as individuals or as staff of a member organization.

The training is intended for representatives of:

  • Public institutions and administrations
  • Civil society organizations (CSOs) and NGOs
  • Educational, research and community organizations

It is particularly suitable for staff involved in communication, coordination and community work.


How to apply

Interested participants should submit their application for the relevant edition before the specified deadline via the links above.

Applications that are duly completed and received within the specified deadline will be reviewed and assessed based on the training’s contribution to improving the applicant’s competences, the clarity of their motivation to participate, and their stated motivation to apply the acquired skills in practice.

Approved participants will receive formal confirmation and additional participation details.
