Within the framework of the DIALOGUE project (BSB01104) “Dialogue for Innovation and Better Governance,” a new call for applications is now open for the “Project Management” training.

- Project organization: team, partnership and plans
- Effective project management strategies, incl. time, resource and financial management
- Monitoring, evaluation and reporting
- Sustainability and impact of projects
The training includes a strong practical component — over the four days, participants develop their own project plan step by step: from idea, through an action plan, to implementation follow-up and a sustainability plan.

Who can apply?
Applicants must be members of the DIALOGUE Innovation Platform — either as individuals or as staff of a member organization.
The training is intended for representatives of:
- Public institutions and administrations
- Business support organizations and SMEs
- Civil society organizations (CSOs) and NGOs
- Universities and research institutions
- Educational, cultural and community organizations
It is particularly suitable for project managers, coordinators and project partners, administrative, communication and coordination staff, as well as staff and volunteers involved in designing, implementing or evaluating projects.
No prior experience with project management tools or methodologies is required — the training is suitable for both beginners and participants with some experience.

Interested participants must submit their application by 23:59 on 16 June 2026. Applications will be assessed based on the relevance of the applicant’s professional profile, their motivation, and the expected impact of their participation.
