From 12 to 14 May 2026, 18 representatives from across the Black Sea Basin gathered in Galați, Romania, for a three-day international training on Innovation Management, organized within the DIALOGUE project (BSB01104).
Participants — project partners’ staff and members of the DIALOGUE Innovation Platform representing business, academia, public institutions, civil society — explored key concepts of innovation management, innovation processes and technology adoption, practical approaches to innovation implementation, and the challenges of scaling innovation sustainably and ethically.
The training combined presentations, , workshop and discussion sessions to effectively provide the needed knowledge and skills of the participants to generate innovative ideas and turn them into practical solutions.
Beyond the formal sessions, the training created space for participants to exchange experience, build new connections and reflect on how innovation management principles can be applied within their own organizations and regions.
