From 2 to 5 June 2026, the town of Dobrich hosted the first of the series of local capacity-building trainings organized within the DIALOGUE project (BSB01104) “Dialogue for Innovation and Better Governance.”
The four-day training on the use of “Digital Tools and Communication Applications” brought together 15 representatives of civil society organizations from the region.
During the course, participants gained an in-depth understanding of the changes that digital transformation has brought to society and non-profit organizations; they learned how to develop a communication strategy that successfully engages communities with their work, as well as how to create and manage modern digital content. The topical subject of artificial intelligence (AI) was also covered, which participants skillfully used to develop various communication materials.
Beyond the formal programme, the training gave participants the opportunity to exchange experience and expand their professional networks.
