From 30 June to 3 July 2026, the town of Dobrich hosted the “Project Management” training, organized within the DIALOGUE project (BSB01104) “Dialogue for Innovation and Better Governance.”
The four-day training brought together 20 representatives of the non-governmental sector, business and higher education institutions from the region, united around the shared goal of developing their skills in effective project management, co-creating innovation, and ensuring the sustainability of results..
The programme combined lectures with practical exercises: participants explored the project lifecycle and its phases, the organization of the project team and partnerships, effective strategies for managing time, resources and finances, as well as monitoring, evaluation and reporting of projects. Each day also included a hands-on working session in which participants — working in teams — developed their own project plan step by step: from conceptualizing a project idea, through building an action plan and tracking implementation, to developing a sustainability plan for the results.
Alongside new skills, the training offered participants the opportunity to exchange experience among organizations from different sectors and to build new professional connections in the region.
